Where does Carbonnique ship?

We currently ship to anywhere in the United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

What shipping options does Carbonnique offer?

Shipping is currently available in the U.S. at the following rates which you can choose at check out

When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 3pm local time (within the US) will usually ship that day. Otherwise, orders will ship out the next day.

Can I track my order?

Yes, as soon as your order ships out, you will be emailed a tracking number

I'm having problems with the tracking. what should I do?

We're sorry about that! If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can at, and we will make sure to resolve the problem.

How can I edit my shipping address?

Our warehouse packs orders very quickly, so if you realize you put in the wrong address please email us at as soon as possible with the correct address. If your order is still processing, we can change the shipping details for you. Unfortunately, once your order ships out, we cannot change the address.

What’s your return policy?

We offer a 30-day guarantee for products. If you’re unhappy with a product for any reason, please reach out to us at and we will address any questions or concerns. Otherwise, we issue full refunds for your device returned within 30 days.

In order to cover restocking and shipping costs, we will deduct $6 from your return refund. We can only issue a refund to the payment method used for your original purchase.

How do I place a return or exchange?

We're sorry you didn't love your Carbonnique roller. To return an item, please reach out to with your order number and we’ll email you a return label that you can use to send back your item.

What is your product warranty?

The warranty period is one year from the date of purchase. If the product malfunctions while using it accordingly to the user guide contact us at Replacements are not free if defects are due to normal wear, the damage is caused by incorrect operation or disassembly, dropping the product or improper care, fire, flood or other environmental conditions.
